        This lot is located along the National Highway in the Barangay of San Miguel, Municipality of Bacong, Negros Oriental -- 12 km south of Dumaguete City and 3 km north of Dauin. Highlights include: big sea turtles, sharks, shoals of several thousand large jacks, myriads of clownfish among the anemone, fields of grass eels, lots of coral in great condition, and many more tropical fish than you could ever imagine.

 

        Want to snorkel? Just walking distance away is some of the best snorkeling in the Philippines with three marine parks just off the beach. In one spot closest to this property the beautiful coral comes to within 5 meters of the shoreline.

 

        The number of divers visiting the Dauin/Apo Island area grows larger and larger each year. These folks need good clean accommodations.
